About IVDC
A New Delhi institute training India's paramedical workforce since 2007.
The Integrated Vocational Development Council was founded to close a critical gap in India's healthcare system — the shortage of trained frontline paramedical professionals. From emergency medical technicians to lab technologists, we design vocational pathways that lead directly to hospital wards, ambulance bays and community clinics.
Today, IVDC operates from its flagship campus in New Delhi, offering fourteen paramedical programs across degree, diploma, certificate and short-course formats. Our alumni serve at government hospitals, private diagnostic chains, EMS providers and rural health missions across South Asia.
Our teaching philosophy blends hands-on clinical training with structured theory. Every student rotates through partner hospitals and diagnostic labs before graduating.
The values we teach — and try to live.

Every clinician we train is first taught the ethics of care — dignity, empathy, competence.
